Breaking Bread is a food series in the tradition of Chef’s Table meets My Dinner with Andre. Beginning at Evan Mallett’s famed Black Trumpet Bistro in Portsmouth, NH, each show introduces us to great chefs, their food and their relationship to the people and place they serve.
Shows like The Chef’s Table, Street Food, and Dirt present the art of creative cooking in beautiful images, inspiring stories, and adventure in real places. Our chefs begin there and accept the challenge of one day, one fine dinner. And they take that dinner to inspire their immediate audience, the guests who assemble for us.
